Course Description: Exercises to increase thigh muscle strength, flexibility and endurance are essential for prevention and rehabilitation of these powerful muscles. Hamstrings, hip flexors, quadriceps and adductor injuries are painful, performance limiting and have a high recurrence rate. This two-hour class contains a detailed description of thigh muscle anatomy and physiology. The course covers a gamut of exercises to strengthen and stretch the thigh muscles. This program describes in-depth patient education strategies in the prevention and rehabilitation of thigh muscle injuries.

Donald A. Ozello, DC graduated from Los Angeles College of Chiropractic in 1995. He is the owner and treating doctor at Championship Chiropractic in Las Vegas, Nevada. His mission is to educate and inspire others to live healthier, fitter, more functional lives. He has a family practice but his passion is treating sports injuries.
