Course Description: This course will cover topics in clinical and radiographic features of ankylosing spondylitis, enteropathic spondyloarthropathy, psoriatic spondyloarthropathy and reactive arthritis (Reiter’s syndrome).

Course outline:
Clinical and radiographic features of ankylosing spondylitis (AS)
Clinical and radiographic features of enteropathic spondyloarthropathy
Clinical and radiographic features of psoriatic arthritis (PsA)
Clinical and radiographic features of reactive arthritis (Reiter’s)

Learning objectives:
Identify the epidemiological characteristics of the discussed arthropathies and recognize their presenting clinical symptomatology and abnormal lab findings.
Describe the fundamental pathological changes to the skeleton and adjacent soft tissues associated with the discussed arthropathies using accepted descriptive terminology and named radiographic signs when applicable.
Analyze imaging studies and, in association with pertinent clinical information, develop a reasonable differential diagnosis with regards to the pathologies discussed.
Facilitate appropriate patient management, recognizing the most widely used treatment options, potential co-morbidities/complications, and prognosis of the discussed disease processes.
