Upper Cross Syndrome is a correctable issue that negatively affects a person’s posture, movement patterns, muscle sequencing and musculoskeletal function. This two hour class describes in detail the postural faults and poor movement patterns that exist in Upper Cross Syndrome. The comprehensive class teaches the doctor tools to determine if poor movement patterns exist and how to utilize Chiropractic care and corrective exercises to help patients combat the formation and advancement of Upper Cross Syndrome.
