Dr. Dennis O’Hara was born and raised on Long Island, NY and was an athlete throughout his school years. He fell in love with chiropractic while being helped as a patient for numerous sports injuries.
Dr. O’Hara graduated from National College of Chiropractic in April 1992. He has a B.S. in Human Biology, Doctorate in Chiropractic and is a Diplomate in Chiropractic Sports Medicine. Dr. O’Hara has been practicing for 23 years, his clinical emphasis focusing on Sports injuries, biomechanical correction and rehabilitation. He has worked with both amateur and professional athletes and was the chiropractic physician for the Washington DC United MLS soccer team from 1996-1998. Currently, Dr. O’Hara has been a ringside physician for amateur MMA since 2009 having worked hundreds of hours evaluating fighters before and after fights.
His clinical focus is helping patients and athletes achieve their highest potential physically. His passions for chiropractic continues to thrive and his desire is to help educate other doctors of chiropractic realize the gift they have to offer the public.
