Course Description: Exercises to increase shoulder strength, mobility and stability are necessary for competitive and recreational athletes. Shoulder injuries in sports are common. This program contains a review of anatomy and physiology of the shoulder complex. The two hour class details exercises to prevent and rehabilitate shoulder injuries. The class describes in-depth patient education strategies in prevention and rehabilitation of shoulder conditions.

Exercises to prevent and rehabilitate injuries to the shoulder complex.

Patient education strategies for recovery of shoulder conditions.

Short term and long-term training strategies for the shoulder.
