Course Description: 
Rotator cuff injuries can be season and career threatening. Athletes of all ages, sports and levels can acquire rotator cuff conditions. This two hour class covers the anatomy and physiology of the rotator cuff. The mechanism of injuries will be discussed in depth. The essentials of a thorough evaluation, diagnosis and treatment will be covered. In-office treatment skills and patient education will be discussed in detail.

Course Outline: 
Detailed description of anatomy and physiology of the rotator cuff.
Diagnostic tools to increase knowledge.
Patient education strategies for prevention and rehabilitation of the rotator cuff.
Short term and long-term training strategies for rotator cuff health.
