Course Description: Shoulder injuries are common among athletes of all ages, levels and sports. The shoulder is a complex structure with numerous muscles and tendons. This two hour class covers mechanism of injury, contributing factors, symptoms, prevention and rehabilitation of injuries to the deltoid, pectoralis major, pectoralis minor, trapezius, latissimus dorsi & teres major muscles. The class describes in-office chiropractic treatment and contains patient education for the prevention and rehabilitation of shoulder muscle injuries.

In-office chiropractic diagnostic techniques and treatment tools.

Strategies for prevention and rehabilitation of shoulder muscle injuries.
