Course Description: Sitting has become known as the next “smoking”. Proverbially speaking sitting has become unhealthier than cigarettes and is associated with many disorders of the neuroendometabolic system. Thus, the rise in standing desks, specialized chairs, and wobble apparatuses. Which one is best for my office, patients, and even myself? This course will look into each of the three postures from a clinical perspective and help facilitate proper decision making with patient management.
