Course Description: Football players have the potential to experience a wide array of injuries. In this two-hour class we will cover the most common football injuries, and the mechanism of how these injuries occur. Anatomy and physiology of the injured areas are discussed in detail, and evaluation and diagnosis will be described in a comprehensive manner. In-office chiropractic treatment strategies and patient education techniques for football players will be covered.

Detailed description of anatomy and physiology.

Diagnostic tools to increase knowledge of sports injuries.

Patient education strategies for prevention and rehabilitation of football injuries.

Chiropractic clinical applications to properly treat athletes and help them return to activities.
